Job Description: As a Patient Engagement Executive at Recare & Wellness in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in engaging with patients and ensuring they continue their dental treatments for improved oral health. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to patients with pending treatments, building rapport with empathy, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting wellness campaigns and awareness programs. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to engage patients over phone calls, a positive and empathetic approach, and preferably prior experience in customer engagement or call handling.
