Key Responsibilities (Brief Overview):

• Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans to patients
• Address patient queries, gain acceptance, and guide them through the treatment journey
• Clarify financials, timelines, pre-payment policies, and cancellation norms
• Develop knowledge across dental procedures: Implants, Orthodontics, Smile Design, etc.
• Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and treatment follow-ups
• Achieve production and conversion goals set by the corporate team
• Engage in wellness programs, patient referrals, and feedback collection
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Stay informed about latest dental trends and technologies
• Collaborate with clinical teams and management for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate with minimum 1 years of experience/freshers can also apply (BDS +MBA / MHA preferred)
• Strong in communication, presentation, negotiation, and patient handling
• Knowledge of dental operations, financial planning, and MS Office tools
• Ability to multitask, stay accountable, and work in a fast-paced setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
