Treatment Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator at the Center for Autism, Neuro Development, and Learning Excellence (CANDLE) located at Dr. Safeenas Wellness Clinic in Dubai, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary pediatric team dedicated to supporting children with Autism, ADHD, GDD, CP, and other neurodevelopmental challenges. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating and planning individualized treatment protocols based on multidisciplinary consultations. You will serve as the main point of contact for parents, guiding them through therapy pathways and providing regular progress updates following doctor consultations. Collaboration with therapists and doctors to ensure the seamless implementation of care is essential. In addition to facilitating communication between families and the care team, you will be expected to provide timely feedback on the child's development and therapeutic goals. Your role will also involve leading research and development efforts within the department, implementing evidence-based treatment approaches aligned with global standards, and supporting case documentation, team reviews, and quality assurance processes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Therapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with children in clinical, hospital, or therapy center settings is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, with fluency in English being essential. Proficiency in Hindi and native/regional languages is highly preferred. The ability to thrive in a multicultural, family-centered environment and demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary teamwork and care coordination are also key qualifications for this role.
