Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle patient complaints and grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
  • Coordinate between patients, attendants, and hospital departments to facilitate smooth patient flow and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns, answering queries, and offering support throughout their stay at our facility.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement in patient satisfaction scores.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Patient Relationship Executive/ Patient Care Executive).
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.B.A/ B.M.S in Hospitality or BHM in Hospital Management).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
