Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle patient complaints and grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
Coordinate between patients, attendants, and hospital departments to facilitate smooth patient flow and resolve issues promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns, answering queries, and offering support throughout their stay at our facility.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure seamless care delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement in patient satisfaction scores.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Patient Relationship Executive/ Patient Care Executive).
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.B.A/ B.M.S in Hospitality or BHM in Hospital Management).
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
