Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Promote hospital services and maintain good public relations during all camp activities.
Follow up with participants for further investigations, consultations, or admissions as needed.
Maintain proper documentation consultation records and feedback reports of patients.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, the lab, the pharmacy, and other departments for smooth hospital operations.
Support the hospital's community outreach and CSR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration.
13 years of experience in hospital marketing, administration, or camp coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for camps and events.
