Position Overview

Patient Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored counselling to facilitate informed decision-making.
Assist in the admission process by guiding patients through necessary documentation and procedures.
Promote healthcare products and services, ensuring a clear understanding of benefits and features to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow up on inquiries to ensure satisfaction and support.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address patient concerns.
Conduct presentations and workshops to educate patients about available services and health management strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in patient care and counselling.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in patient counselling or a related field.
Strong skills in product sales and patient care, with a proven track record of successful conversions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes, with a focus on patient advocacy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rotating schedule environment.
Proficiency in counselling techniques and a genuine desire to help others.
Willingness to work on-site in locations such as Mumbai City, Pune, and Bangalore.
