Patient Counsellor

We’re Hiring – Patient Counsellor Qualification: B. Pharm / D. Pharm / BSc (Science/Nutrition) / MSW Salary up to 4.2 LPA Experience: 1–2 years Key Responsibilities Stationed at a set of pre-defined clinics, hospitals, or healthcare centers (2–3 centers/hospitals per day). Book slots for product demonstrations and meet patients as per schedule. Provide patients with basic health tips and presentations on lifestyle modification, followed by program pitching. Present program details to patients and/or caregivers in OPD, CCU, and ward settings. Follow up with interested patients for registration and onboarding. Coordinate with doctors’ staff to maintain a database of interested and signed-up patients. Provide timely updates to doctors about their patients’ status post-demo and post-onboarding. Organize and support patient camps and awareness sessions in collaboration with doctors. Coordinate with the company regarding patient progress, requirements, and queries. What We’re Looking For A proactive and patient-focused individual who can challenge conventional thinking. Willingness to roll up sleeves, go the extra mile, and deliver results. Academic background in B.Pharm/D.Pharm/B.Sc (Science/Nutrition)/MSW. Exposure to healthcare products or patient-facing roles is an added advantage. Preferred experience as Coordinator / Counselor / Secretary / Assistant in hospitals, diagnostic labs, or radiology labs. Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
