We are looking for a freelance Patient Coordinator based in Chennai to assist international patients during their treatment journey. This role is ideal for energetic, compassionate individuals who can provide on-ground support at hospitals and ensure seamless coordination for patients visiting Chennai.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients upon arrival in Chennai, including airport transfers.

Coordinate with hospitals for appointments, admissions, follow-ups, and discharge formalities.

Provide in-person support to patients at hospitals, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns.

Arrange local transportation for hospital visits, airport transfers, and other patient requirements.

Assist with special needs or personal requests during their treatment journey.

Maintain clear communication between patients, hospitals, and the Medsafir team.

Share timely updates and reports with the Medsafir office.

Requirements

Based in Chennai (mandatory).

Fresher, graduate, or individual with prior experience in healthcare/hospitality (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and service-oriented attitude.

Comfortable with flexible and on-call working hours.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
