Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily clinical operations under the supervision of the Consulting Doctor or Clinic Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the doctor during consultations, maintaining accurate patient records, and facilitating seamless communication between patients and the medical team. You will be expected to work closely with the doctor by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow effectively, and updating patient records both in Excel and physical files. Following up with patients for reports, visits, or treatment plans, handling patient queries, and ensuring timely communication are integral parts of your role. Maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation of medical information is paramount in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should possess basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation, exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably have prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
