• Inpatient CoordinatorAn Inpatient Coordinator serves as a crucial link between patients, their families, and the hospital staff, particularly in inpatient settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Experience: Interacting with patients and families, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Intellectual Property (IP) CoordinatorAn Intellectual Property Coordinator is focused on the protection and management of a company's intangible assets, such as inventions, trademarks, and copyrights. Key Responsibilities:

• IP Protection: Researching and identifying potential intellectual property for protection.
• Compliance: Ensuring that the company's actions and products comply with relevant IP policies and regulations.
• Content and Agreement Management: Scouting for content providers, working with them, and managing agreements.
• Negotiations: Facilitating negotiations and reaching agreements with content partners.
• Data Management: Maintaining records and databases related to intellectual property matters.
• Coordination: Liaising with various departments like nursing, billing, and housekeeping to ensure seamless patient care and services.
• Process Management: Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficiency.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Conducting patient rounds to assess comfort, monitoring service quality, and reporting on patient satisfaction and feedback.
• Complaint Resolution: Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of patient complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Guntur, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality management: 1 year (Required)
