Patient Relations: Addressing patient concerns, complaints, and feedback, acting as a liaison between patients and hospital management. Community Engagement: Organizing and coordinating outreach programs, health camps, and other community events to promote health awareness and strengthen the hospital's connection with the local community. Promoting the Hospital: Highlighting the hospital's strengths, specialties, and achievements to enhance its reputation and attract patients.
