Job Description: Patient Care Executive

Location: Munger, Bihar

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Executive to join our healthcare team. The role involves ensuring a smooth patient experience, coordinating care services, and serving as a bridge between patients, doctors, and hospital administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with registration, appointments, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital management systems.
• Guide patients and families regarding hospital procedures, billing, and services.
• Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Support discharge processes, including documentation and follow-up care instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably healthcare/management background).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software).
• Prior experience in healthcare, patient relations, or customer service will be an advantage.
