Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to a list of contacts provided by the company
  • Promote products, services, or programs based on campaign objectives
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls when needed
  • Record call outcomes, customer responses, and feedback in the system
  • Handle objections professionally and follow call scripts or guidelines
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data entry
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and performance metrics
  • Report issues or trends to supervisors for quality improvement
  • Follow compliance and privacy regulations, including Do Not Call (DNC) rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
