Job Opening: Senior Patient Coordinator – IVF (Delhi) Position: Senior Patient Coordinator – IVF Location: Delhi (Janakpuri & Mayur Vihar Centres) Company: Vinsfertility Pvt. Ltd. Experience Required: 3–7 years (IVF / fertility / hospital experience preferred) About the Role We are looking for a Senior Patient Coordinator for our IVF department in Delhi, who can manage patients end-to-end – from first enquiry to completion of treatment. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organised, and confident in explaining IVF procedures in simple, patient-friendly language. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all patient enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins for our Delhi centres. Explain IVF, IUI and related fertility treatments (with support from doctors for complex queries). Schedule and manage appointments, OPD, and IVF cycles with doctors. Coordinate between doctors, embryology lab, nursing staff, and accounts to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain patient records, consent forms, and treatment timelines accurately. Explain treatment plans, packages, and cost breakups as per company policies. Do regular follow-ups with leads and ongoing patients to improve conversions and retention. Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families. Prepare daily reports / MIS and coordinate with management. Eligibility & SkillsGraduate, preferably in Science / Nursing / Pharmacy / Life Sciences. Minimum 3 years’ experience as Patient Coordinator / Counsellor in IVF, Gynecology, or hospital setup. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Comfortable with computer work, Excel, emails, WhatsApp Web, CRM. Able to handle busy OPD and IVF cycle days with patience and responsibility.
