Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to enhance the guests' experience. This includes handling customer complaints and special requests, maintaining an orderly appearance in the reception area, and monitoring stock levels while ordering office supplies. Additionally, you will be preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients and visitors at the hospital entrance - Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk - Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling - Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments - Update and maintain patient records and databases accurately - Ensure accurate input of billing information while maintaining patient financial data confidentiality - Address and resolve patient and visitor concerns and complaints promptly and professionally - Communicate effectively with medical, administrative, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care - Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - Proficiency in English required The company is located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and the work location is in person. The job type is full-time with day shift schedule and benefits include health insurance, paid time off, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
