Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amravati for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will assist with scheduling appointments, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, and helping to manage patient records. Responsibilities include using medical terminology for accurate documentation, providing exceptional care coordination, and fostering a welcoming environment for all patients. The role ensures that patients receive personalized attention and support throughout their healthcare journey.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to manage appointments and communicate effectively with patients.
• Experience in Care Coordination and Patient Care to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent patient experience.
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and manage clinical documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to facilitate patient interactions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with medical software are beneficial.
