Patient Care Administrator

We are seeking proactive and dedicated care admin staff who will manage care field staff, increase business, maintain good relationship with staff & SU and address inquiries to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Staff & Service user management: Be in touch with staff regularly and find new staff to allocate to service users’ house as per their needs and inquiry.

• Handle calls from service users and staff for any issue and resolve it promptly with great level of satisfaction.

• Client Interaction: Address inquiries from service users and their families, providing detailed information about services and ensuring their needs are met.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain high service quality standards, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Staff Training: Organize training sessions to enhance staff skills and keep them updated with the industry’s best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Strong business acumen and ability to devise growth strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Leadership skills to manage field staff and service users effectively.

• Detail-oriented for accurate valuations and documentation.

• Proficient in using excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
