Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all admission processes; provide information to patients about hospital admission policies, time of admission, packages, and discharge process.
  • Handle insurance and TPA procedures, including approvals, billing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with OT, counseling, and accounts departments for smooth patient flow.
  • Address and resolve patient queries and grievances promptly.
  • Prepare duty rosters, monitor staff performance, and guide junior team members.
  • Ensure accurate billing, timely submission of documents, and transparency in all processes.
  • Maintain discipline, decorum, and proper record-keeping in the admission area.
  • Support management in implementing improvements in the admission process.

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Hospitality Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
