Job Description

🚀 We are hiring Pathology coder🚀

📍 Locations: Hyderabad

🕒 Shift Timing: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

💼 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

📅 Working Days: 5-day work week (Sat & Sun fixed off)

📜 Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

🎓 Qualification: Science Graduate

🎯 Certification: CPC or CCS (Active & Verified)

Self-transportation bonus up to ₹3500/month

Work-life balance with 5-day work week

Review pathology and laboratory reports to assign accurate CPT®, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes.

Ensure coding compliance with CMS, AMA, and payer-specific guidelines.

Abstract relevant information from pathology reports, requisitions, and documentation.

Verify and resolve discrepancies between coded data and provider documentation.

Collaborate with pathologists, lab staff, and billing teams to clarify documentation and resolve issues.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply wit

h HIPAA regulations.

Stay current on changes to coding guidelines and payer requirements.

Support internal audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy.

Participate in ongoing education and coding training sessions.
