Job Description: You will work under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef to maintain a high standard of all Pastry and Bakery preparation, service, and hygiene in the Production Kitchen. As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will be fully responsible for all the Pastry and Bakery production. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality and consistency of all Pastry and Bakery products - Supervise and train pastry staff on proper techniques and procedures - Manage inventory and ordering of pastry and bakery supplies - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen - Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef on menu planning and development Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role - Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus,
