Location: Janakpuri, New DelhiType: Full-time

We are a well-established Indian restaurant in Janakpuri, Delhi, and we are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Pastry & Continental chef for providing different cuisines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take care of Pastry and Continental department, Bakery is Plus.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock accuracy
  • Monitor and reduce food wastage
  • Manage food costing and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Conduct menu planning and food tasting sessions
  • Maintain hygiene, quality standards, and customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communicational Level English, Hindi is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations & inventory system - Advantage
  • Good communication and leadership skill
