Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Commis Chef located in South Delhi. The Pastry Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, support the kitchen team in daily baking tasks, follow hygiene and safety regulations, and contribute to creating high-quality desserts and pastries under the guidance of the Head Chef. Tasks include preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring consistent quality in all products. Qualifications Food Preparation and Cooking skills Culinary Skills and knowledge of pastry techniques Understanding of Hygiene and Safety regulations Effective Communication skills Ability to work well in a team and under supervision Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are advantageous Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is beneficial Show more Show less
