Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef at The Kitchen Art Company, based in South Delhi, New Delhi. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Key responsibilities include planning menus, developing unique recipes, ensuring the consistency of product quality, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen team and staying updated on current baking trends and techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking skills
• Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong Culinary Skills with attention to detail and creativity
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Formal training or certification in culinary arts or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
