What will your days look like :

• Develop original recipes and create a diverse, standout pastry menu aligned with our brand ethos.
• Lead small-batch production during pre-launch testing and refine offerings based on feedback.
• Source premium ingredients, balancing quality and cost.
• Establish kitchen processes and standards focused on scalability and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with founders and marketing teams to weave pastry stories into our brand launch and narrative.
• Recruit and mentor your future pastry team as we grow.
• Keep a pulse on dessert trends and emerging techniques to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Who You Are:

• A passionate, creative pastry chef with hands-on experience building or revamping pastry programs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving goals.
• Detail-driven and quality-focused, but also flexible and innovative.
• Excited by the challenge of creating a brand from scratch and shaping its future.
