Bakeóla is a cloud-based pastry kitchen in Gurgaon specializing in premium desserts and bakes. Founded by Apoorva, a Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate, Bakeóla thrives on passion, creativity, and the pursuit of excellence in every creation. We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality baked goods, desserts, and savory items according to Bakeóla’s standards.
• Assist in menu development and introduce creative ideas for new products.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality for all items.
• Manage day-to-day operations within the kitchen, including ingredient preparation and inventory checks.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI regulations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth teamwork and efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Contribute to seasonal menus and special projects, including gift hampers and custom orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in culinary arts or pastry arts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Proficiency in baking techniques, pastry making, and dessert presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for baking and a creative approach to new recipes.
