Job Title: Chef de Partie Location: Bakeóla, Gurgaon Type: Full-Time About Us: Bakeóla is a cloud-based pastry kitchen in Gurgaon specializing in premium desserts and bakes. Founded by Apoorva, a Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate, Bakeóla thrives on passion, creativity, and the pursuit of excellence in every creation. We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding pastries and desserts. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute high-quality baked goods, desserts, and savory items according to Bakeóla’s standards. Assist in menu development and introduce creative ideas for new products. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality for all items. Manage day-to-day operations within the kitchen, including ingredient preparation and inventory checks. Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI regulations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth teamwork and efficiency. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Contribute to seasonal menus and special projects, including gift hampers and custom orders. Requirements: Diploma or degree in culinary arts or pastry arts. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen. Proficiency in baking techniques, pastry making, and dessert presentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for baking and a creative approach to new recipes.
