Job Description

Required for a Cafe Main Kitchen

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked goods.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pastry section and assigned team members.
  • Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior pastry staff and commis chefs.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations, including leadership experience as a Demi CDP or CDP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
