Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Passenger Service Agent in the Greater Delhi Area. The Passenger Service Agent will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, managing flight schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include handling passenger inquiries, facilitating boarding processes, and communicating effectively with passengers and team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Passenger Services and managing Flight operations
• Experience with Check-in procedures
• Strong Customer Service background
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
