Designation: Manager – Partnerships & Alliances Location: Chennai Role Overview: We are seeking a focused and enthusiastic professional to join our Partnerships & Alliances team. The role involves building, managing, and growing relationships with brands and institutions (preferably on barter or strategic collaboration), enhancing Roamie’s visibility and engagement in the travel and mobility ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with travel-related and complementary brands for strategic partnerships aligned with organizational goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with alliance partners and continuously expand the partner network. Identify young traveler communities through institutions, colleges, and universities, and drive brand associations through cultural programs and events. Support onboarding and activation of upcoming brands to boost visibility in the travel space. Collaborate with internal teams to execute partnership deliverables. Maintain trackers, MIS, and documentation related to partner engagement, performance, and outcomes. Candidate Profile 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development (preferably in Internet, E-commerce, or Startups). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and manage long-term relationships. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence in stakeholder presentations. Ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners, with high ownership and attention to detail. Passion for Travel, Internet, E-commerce, and community-driven development. Fluency in English and local language is compulsory; Hindi will be an added advantage. Strong relationship management and client-handling skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Impact, or related field. Prior experience working with Internet companies and youth-focused brands in South India. Budget: Upto 7LPA (for suitable candidates) Working Days : 5 Day working (Mon-Friday)
