Job Description

As a Partnership Manager at Loop Subscriptions, you will play a crucial role in expanding Loop's presence in the Shopify ecosystem through strategic relationship building, event execution, and community engagement across North America and Canada. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan and execute a variety of events, from intimate partner dinners to major industry conferences - Manage Loop's presence at key Shopify and ecommerce events in North America and Canada - Create unique experiences that showcase Loop's commitment to customers and partners - Handle event logistics such as venue selection, vendor relationships, and budget management - Develop strategies for virtual and hybrid events to reach a wider network of partners and customers - Represent Loop at 30+ events annually across target markets - Build and manage strategic partnerships with agencies in the Shopify ecosystem - Develop event co-marketing opportunities to drive mutual growth - Identify and cultivate relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders - Build and nurture Loop's customer and partner community - Establish thought leadership through speaking opportunities and content partnerships - Foster engagement and loyalty within the Loop community - Collaborate with growth marketing teams on user acquisition campaigns tied to events and partnerships - Measure and optimize event ROI and community engagement metrics - Build relationships with key industry media and influencers Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, events, or community management - Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Shopify ecosystem - Proven track record of planning and executing successful B2B events - Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills - Comfortable traveling 40-50% of the time across North America and Canada - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong project management skills with attention to detail - Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations Preferred qualifications include an existing network within the Shopify partner ecosystem, experience with subscription commerce or SaaS platforms, background in agency partnerships or channel marketing, and experience with community and events management. You will be offered a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $150,000 (Fixed + variable based on experience and location) along with a comprehensive benefits package. This role also provides travel opportunities to exciting events and conferences, and the chance to shape Loop's community and partnership strategy while working with a passionate team building the future of subscriptions.
