Job Description

In three months:

Build relationships with the key decision makers at client side and within the company.
Be an expert on the client s business proactively engaging with senior clients and actively shaping the quality of WPP Media delivery.
Develop a deep understanding and begun to use WPP Open and the products and tools therein.
Build confidence with team members within immediate team and within peers.

In six months:

Proactively delivering additional value to the client, leading the team to successfully implement strategic initiatives that will improve the WPP Media delivery and client s business outcomes.
Established as the lead by both clients and internal teams alike
Leading new business pitches independently

In 12 months:

Delivering differentiated and best in class work leading to business outcomes
Building and mentoring teams
Becoming the go to person for internal and external stakeholders alike from a strategic standpoint

Responsibilities of the role:

Leads a team of diverse individuals to deliver to a client s business
Provide strategy communications and planning leadership on the client s business across categories.
Partner with the account heads and functional heads, push needle on Marketing Excellence and Digital Excellence.
Demonstrates strong understanding of ecosystem, brand, category and consumer to derive insights.
Infuse best in class practices and frameworks, both from domestic as well as international learnings.
Communicate complex ideas/insights in a way that all understand and apply.
Integrates relevant multimedia opportunities into campaign plans.
Leading and orchestrating new business pitches
Leverage extended WPP ecosystem to build hard working solutions for client.
