The Role

As our Partner – Publishing Growth

What You’ll Do

We are looking for an industry leader with strong networks and experience in the publishing, media, or digital content industry. This is a hands-on role where you will:

• Guide our GTM and sales strategy for onboarding publishers.
• Open doors and leverage your network to bring early publishers to YouReads.
• Mentor the founding team on scaling sales, partnerships, and distribution.
• Actively participate in ecosystem-building and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in publishing, digital media, or content distribution.
• A network among independent publishers, writers, or literary communities is a big plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to build from scratch.
• Ability to take ownership, with a bias for action.

Compensation Structure

• Equity-based role (1–2%)

  with milestone-linked vesting.
• No upfront commission or salary at this stage.
• Opportunity to be part of the
