Our ad-free platform supports various forms of content, including articles, magazines, newsletters, and books, providing creators with a cost-free way to reach a wide audience of readers worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution of YouReads. Your key responsibilities will include driving SaaS scaling initiatives, enhancing user engagement, and implementing monetization strategies. Additionally, you will build and oversee high-performing cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with the founding team on business development, partnerships, and fundraising efforts. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in scaling SaaS products from early stages to significant traction. A proven track record in executing growth strategies from 0 to 1 is essential, along with a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of product and technology. While experience in content, publishing, or the creator economy is preferred, it is not mandatory. An entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution ability are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
