Partner Manager - Acquisition

As an Enterprise Sales Manager in our company, your role will involve acquiring new business through partners and ensuring customer and channel satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include enabling partners and customers with service support, controlling channel partner attrition, completing business planning with channel partners, and driving capability building through timely trainings. You will also be responsible for driving coverage programs, assisting in large deal closures, ensuring channel policy adherence, and presenting capabilities in accounts to achieve target Existing Product Per Customer (EPPC). Key Responsibilities: - New business acquisition through partners - Ensuring customer and channel satisfaction - Adding new logos as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Maintaining quality of sales funnel and driving growth - Increasing Existing Product per Customer (EPPC) Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales - Graduate + MBA (Marketing) or Engineering Graduate In addition, you should have a good understanding of wireless & wireline telecom solutions, strong oral and written presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Being innovative and flexible in strategizing Go-To-Market (GTM) approaches, as well as being open to learning new products and processes, will be key to your success in this role.,
