As an experienced professional in Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new business through partners while ensuring high levels of customer and channel satisfaction. Your key focus areas will include adding new logos as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), maintaining the quality of the sales funnel, and driving Existing Product per Customer (EPPC) metrics. Your role will involve enabling partners and customers by providing service support from TTL support functions. You will oversee and manage Channel & Channel Partner Manpower attrition, ensuring timely completion of Business Planning with active channel partners, and driving capability building initiatives through regular trainings. Additionally, you will be instrumental in executing coverage programs such as demand generation, customer-focused initiatives, and industry forum participations. Your support will be crucial in assisting partners in closing large deals by participating in customer calls and ensuring adherence to Channel Policies and Processes within the assigned territory. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of wireless & wireline telecom solutions, coupled with excellent oral and written presentation skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including commercial, program management, technology, and finance will be essential. Your ability to innovate and adapt your Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, as well as your willingness to learn about new products and processes, will be key to success. With 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales and a Graduate degree along with an MBA in Marketing or an Engineering background, you are well-equipped to drive new business acquisition and enhance channel partner productivity. Your focus on building new high revenue accounts, ensuring partner ROI, and staying updated on competitive activities will play a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals.,
