Understand customer business goals and translate it into specific system objectives Further translate the system objectives into detail functional and non-functional requirements/user stories that can be used by the technical team. Work collaboratively with the technical team and customer teams Requirement elicitation/understanding, preparing epics, user stories, participating in Spring planning / backlog grooming exercise / sprint demos Uses standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construct, and test activities Work along-side business to define the acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements Document and analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs Industry alignment - Experience in Automotive/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Energy across any of the value chain preferred Sharp analytical skills and proven ability in problem solving Ability to work in a team and collaboration Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative and flexible
