EMC Storage. Storage L2 1. Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills. 2. Provide Tier 1 support for Storage related issues as required. 3. Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, 24X7 shift, odd working hours and weekends as per the work requirements. 4. Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting and implementing, the solution for Mylan global infrastructure . 5. Proactive and reactive monitoring system alerts and act according to that. 6. Escalate/Engage L2/l3 for high priority/P1 issues. 7. Candidate must have knowledge about RAID, Pool, Disk types(SAS/NL-SAS etc.), SAN, NAS, Snapshot, CIFS/NFS share SAN Switch, Zoning and Storage Monitoring
