As a Partner - First Private at the Retail Liabilities department of IDFC FIRST Bank, your role is crucial in acquiring HNI & UHNI clients and cultivating strong relationships with the bank. Your primary focus will be on selling Investment, Insurance, and other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships, catering to all their banking needs with wealth solutions offered by IDFC FIRST Bank. - Ensure a seamless banking experience for customers in terms of products and interpersonal interactions. - Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction scores to meet organizational objectives. - Acquire new customers through natural market, open market activities, internal references, and digital networks. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Possess a high orientation towards relationship management, with the ability to build effective relationships. - Maintain a strong focus on service delivery and execution to achieve desired results. **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Develop and mentor the team. - Ensure adequate staffing within the team. - Support team members in achieving their targets. **Education Qualification:** - Graduation in fields such as engineering, technology, mathematics, commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, or management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. **Experience:** - 10-18 years of relevant experience in the industry.,
