Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Partner based in Cuttack, with some work from home acceptable. The Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research, attending client meetings, providing policy information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and business development teams to drive growth.

• Knowledge of insurance products, particularly life insurance, health plans, and retirement plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in using digital tools and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
