You will work closely with the team to plan, execute, and oversee production and design activities. The role involves building client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining quality standards. You will also identify new business opportunities, drive growth projects, and support continuous improvement across operations. A strong interest in fashion and design is preferred. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and building systems that deliver results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Design, or related field Experience in garment manufacturing or apparel operations Strong leadership and team management skills Good understanding of production planning and quality control Interest in fashion design and product development Ability to manage clients and build long-term relationships Strong communication and problem-solving skills Based in or willing to work onsite in Tirur
