Part Time Tally Accountant

Part Time Tally Accountant required .

Applicants must have at least 3-5 years expiernce of accounting for a TRUST

Appliacnts should have required speed for Tally entry

We are looking for an experienced Part time Accountant to join our team in South Kolkata The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST filing, Tally, Excel, and general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tally Entries: Maintain and manage all accounting entries in Tally,
• Sales & Purchase Entries: Record and reconcile all sales and purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and invoicing.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all payments and receipts are accurately recorded.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports such as trial balance, Income /Expenditure Accounts and Balance sheets.
• Audit & Compliance: Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excel Management: Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting purposes.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹600.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 per week

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
• Tally: 3 years (Required)
• total work: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
