Part-Time E-commerce Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales channels. The role requires prior experience as an E-commerce Executive and involves handling our brand website, online platforms, stock management, client servicing, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website & Platform Management
• Manage product listings on brand website and other e-commerce platforms.
• Update product details, prices, and availability regularly.
• Stock & Order Management
• Track stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
• Oversee order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch.
• Follow up on pending payments and reconcile transactions.
• Client & Sales Support
• Respond to DMs, product inquiries, and pre-purchase questions.
• Address client queries and provide post-purchase support.
• Content & Data Management
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and catalog data.
• Maintain and update e-commerce reports using Excel.
• Coordination
• Work closely with the team for smooth online-to-offline operations.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns with accurate listings.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an E-commerce Executive (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Excel and data/content management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Contract Type: Part-time, on-site at our Dadar West office.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
