Key Responsibilities:

Counsel parents regarding student admissions and guide them through the enrollment process
Handle admission-related queries via phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and written communication
Provide accurate information about school curriculum, policies, and facilities
Maintain and update student records, admission data, and applicant lists in school databases
Generate admission letters and required documentation
Coordinate with Zonal Heads and internal teams to support admissions and school programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to understand and address their needs

Eligibility & Qualifications:

MBA completed or currently pursuing final year of MBA
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
Proficiency in local language is mandatory
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
Ability to engage comfortably with children and parents
Good organizational and data management skills
