Parent Relationship Manager

As a Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) at our school in Hyderabad, your role is crucial in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with the parent community. You will act as the main point of contact for parents, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout their journey with the school. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with current and prospective parents on non-academic matters, building trust-based relationships through regular communication. - Address parent concerns and expectations promptly and appropriately. - Facilitate clear communication between parents and the school through various channels like newsletters, meetings, and digital platforms. - Manage parent feedback channels and ensure follow-up actions are taken. - Assist the Admissions and Marketing teams by participating in school events and onboarding new families smoothly. - Plan and execute parent-related events to encourage participation and volunteer opportunities. - Handle parent concerns or complaints sensitively, acting as a mediator when needed. - Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and prepare reports on parent satisfaction for school leadership. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Public Relations, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or school administration. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. - Strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills. - Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in an international or multicultural school environment preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or parent communication platforms. Working Conditions: - Occasional evening or weekend availability for school events may be required. - Regular interaction with parents, students, and school staff on campus.
