Position: Pantry & Kitchen Chef
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present pantry items such as salads, sandwiches, cold starters, and garnishes with consistency and quality.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of main kitchen dishes as required.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pantry and kitchen areas.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure food consistency and cost control.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a pantry and/or kitchen chef role in a reputable restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Good knowledge of cold kitchen and basic hot kitchen techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong sense of taste and presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
