Job Responsibilities:

Perform wiring and assembly of electrical control panels as per schematics and wiring diagrams.
Handle installation and termination of cables, switches, relays, PLC modules, MCC/PLC panels, and automation components.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layout diagrams, and BOMs.
Ensure panels are assembled according to quality standards and customer specifications.
Conduct testing, continuity checks, and troubleshooting of wired panels.
Assist in现场 installation, panel integration, and commissioning at client sites (if required).
Maintain tools, equipment, and follow safety standards on shop floor.
Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve wiring or component issues.
Prepare basic documentation related to panel wiring and testing.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of electrical panel wiring, control circuits, and industrial automation components.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and PLC I/O layouts.
Hands-on experience with cables, ferruling, crimping, and routing.
Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical & automation panels.
Knowledge of PLC, sensors, drives (added advantage).
