Description

We are seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to oversee and manage painting projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting techniques, crew management, and quality assurance, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate painting activities on construction sites.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain work schedules for painting crews.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
Train and mentor junior painters and apprentices.
Manage inventory of paint and related materials.
Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure timely project completion.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in painting or a related field.
Proven experience in supervising painting crews.
Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the painting industry.
