These students do not come to the college regularly & also do not attend classes regularly. The remaining 50% who come to the college regularly are very happy & satisfied with the academics, general environment of the college, co-curricular activities, clubs, cultural events, support from college, placements. etc. Almost all these students get placed in top notch companies with high packages. Some of our alumni have even opened their own companies & recruit students from our college, demonstrating the confidence in the college. In spite of all these, we find the belongingness towards the college missing. Our events (almost all are free of cost) are wonderful with 100% work being done by the students. Still, in spite of great feedback & reviews by the students who attend these events, 50% to 70% of the students aren’t attending these events, which is very disheartening for the college management.
