Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.).
