About the job Location: Pune, India Preferred Qualification: Engineering Background Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing & Sales professional with expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Coating. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management, along with a technical understanding of PPF and ceramic coating applications. Key Responsibilities: • • • • • Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in PPF and ceramic coating products/services. Identify and approach potential clients, including automotive dealerships, service centers, and individual car enthusiasts. Generate and achieve sales targets in the designated territory. Marketing & Promotion • • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and attract leads. Represent the company at events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and services. • • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital marketing content. Customer Relationship Management • • • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors. Provide technical consultation and demonstrations to potential customers. Gather feedback and resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction. • • Technical Expertise Leverage knowledge of PPF and ceramic coating products to educate clients about their benefits. • • Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in the automotive detailing industry. Train clients or partners in the proper application and maintenance of PPF and ceramic coatings. • • Market Analysis Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. • Prepare detailed sales and performance reports for senior management. Qualifications and Skills: • • Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field. Minimum 24 years of experience in marketing and sales, specifically in PPF, ceramic coating, or automotive detailing products. • • • • • Strong technical understanding of PPF and ceramic coating applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
